The Visitor Centre and Gift Shop is here to assist University of Edinburgh Staff with any bespoke merchandise order requests for your school/department - whether it be for an event, research project, or conference. We work with an approved group of suppliers who are on the University’s framework, and have a large range of products to choose - from clothing and bags, to stationery and promotional products.
Bespoke orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to be produced - depending on what the products are and what quantity. Please keep this in mind if you have a tight deadline for an event! The earlier we hear from you about an order request, the more options are available.
To get in touch regarding a bespoke order, email Victoria Ball directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you can about what you are looking for - such as deadlines, what you are after, what quantities, what the artwork would be and any special requests. We are more than happy to help with any product suggestions and can offer advice with artwork if needed too!
Once artwork has been supplied and you are happy with the quote, we will provide digital proofs and samples before proceeding with the production of items. Goods are paid for through eIT and can be delivered directly to you.
