What are your opening hours?
Mon - Sat 9:30am - 5:30pm
When will X be back in stock?
Most of our clothing items and accessories take between two-three weeks to arrive back in stock. This can vary for non-clothing items. Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com if you have a query about a product and we’ll be happy to assist.
Is everything you sell available online?
Yes, however some new lines are often available in-store before we list them online. For events such as Welcome Week we may have exclusive items that are available in-store only.
I need help placing an order

I want to make an internal order for merchandise for our school / department. Can you help?

Can I get student discount?
Unfortunately, the Gift Shop does not offer a discount to students. We endeavour to keep prices affordable while offering high-quality merchandise with an ever-improving commitment to sustainability.
Do I need to sign up to place an order?
If you would like to place an order without creating an account, you can simply choose to ‘checkout as guest’ before reviewing your order. You will need to provide an email address to receive your order confirmation.
How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched by our dedicated team, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that it's on its way. For orders placed over the weekend, you may not receive this confirmation until the next working day.
From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check its progress by logging into your account.
Can I cancel / change my order?
If you would like to amend or cancel an order and have not yet received an e-mail confirmation to say that your order has been dispatched, it may be possible to make a change or cancellation. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone on 0131 650 2252.
If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments or cancel your order. Please see the below advice on how to return an order.
What if I need to return my order?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error at our end.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts.
