Made To Order Terms And Conditions

Print on Demand Clothing

What is a Made to Order item?

A number of items on our website are print on demand items. This includes all Find Your School and Family merchandises, as well as some Gaelic items. These items are not stocked instore and are made to order by our Print On Demand supplier, Teemill.  When you place an order for one of these items it is sent directly to Teemill, who will print the item and ship it directly to you.

Can I return a Made to Order item?

As these items are Made to Order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty.  We strongly recommend you check the sizing guide for these products with care to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Why are these items Made to Order?

We wish we could stock all the items we want to sell, but unfortunately that is just not possible due to the space and costs involved.  Made to Order is a great way of providing these items that we would not be able to sell normally.

Why are there additional shipping costs for my order?

As these items are made to order and shipped separately from any stock items in your order, we need to charge additional shipping fees for these items.  The shipping costs for these items are:

  • UK Delivery £4
  • EU Delivery £6
  • Rest of the World Delivery £7

If you order a Made to Order item along with stock items, you will notice two separate shipping fees on the checkout page.

Please note there will be no tracking information available for international orders.
