USA Shipping Updates

 

LATEST UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 15TH

We have now resumed shipping to the USA for most products. From now on, duties and taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout - so you’ll always know the final cost before you pay. Your order will ship with Postal Delivery Duty Paid (PDDP), which means we’ll handle all duties and taxes directly with US Customs before your package arrives.

All orders to the USA will be shipped by Royal Mail/USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5-15 working days, however there may be delays at US Customs.

We are still unable to ship any of our made to order items, such as print-on-demand and embroidery-on-demand clothing. We hope to resolve this issue soon. 

Update August 25th: On the 30th of July, the United States Government announced a new Executive Order which outlined further changes to customs obligations and processes for goods being imported into the USA.  The changes come in to effect on the 29th of August.

We’re currently making some important updates to ensure full compliance with new regulations. As a result, shipping to the USA is temporarily paused. We expect to resume shipping in early September.
