Description
Dolly the sheep was the first mammal to be cloned from an adult cell. Born on the 5th July 1996, she is named after Dolly Parton. The research was led by scientists at The Roslin Institute, now part of the University of Edinburgh.
Focusing on sustainability and environmental impact, Dolly the Sheep soft toy is part of the Re-PETS line, made from 100% recycled materials. She wears a University branded t-shirt with 'Dolly 96' on reverse.
