Crafted to celebrate the University of Edinburgh’s 2025 graduations, this exclusive Single Malt Scotch Whisky was brought to life through a close collaboration between The Edinburgh Whisky team and the University. Distilled at Aberlour in 2011, it matured for over twelve years in a refill cask before spending a further 15 months in a first fill bourbon hogshead, and is bottled at 46.6% ABV in a premium 70cl presentation pack.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Pouring a warm gold, this oily and juicy single malt opens with vibrant aromas of apricot, peach, honey, and vanilla cream.

Palate – On the palate, these flavours deepen with soft vanilla and apricot, brightened by touches of lemon peel, fresh oak, and gentle white pepper, before easing into a sweet and warmly lingering medium finish
